It has long been known that journaling can be a powerful tool helping the bereaved do the ‘hard work’ of grieving the loss of a loved one.

This program is put together to help get you started using a grief journal. We will discuss how to start, what it looks like and to provide yourself a space for genuine healing.

Participants will be provided with a journal, prompts and suggestions on how to get started.
