Alberni Valley Senior Citizens Homes Society is a Non-Profit Charitable Organization that provides safe affordable housing to seniors 55+.  Seniors must be able to live independently and are in the low to moderate income range.  We have two communities in our portfolio.  Pioneer Towers is a 7-story apartment complex and has 56 rental units in total – these include bachelor and 1-bedroom units.  Pioneer Cottages are ground floor entry, 1-bedroom patio units, with a total of 41 rental units.
