When Smoke Clears: A public forum on wildfire risks and mitigation

A public forum on urban interface wildfire, assessing the risks and ways in which the community and individuals can mitigate the risks. We will have a panel of speakers including MP Gord Johns and a representative of the ACRD's FireSmart program, as well as local community leaders. The 2025 Mt. Underwood wildfire will be part of the discussion, but the primary purpose of the forum is to provide the public with timely information so that they can adopt fire risk mitigation on their properties before summer
