After many years Theda is excited to return to Char's Landing with a sound healing concert!
 
Living Sound Temple, Sound Bath concert with Theda Phoenix incorporates a variety of instruments and the vibrational frequencies of Crystal Singing Bowls, shamanic drumming, chimes, ocean sounds, harp and features Theda's intuitive angelic voice, light language and intutive songs.
 
Most people bring a yoga mat, pillows and blankets to lay back and deeply rest and reset while you are taken on a musical sound journey to relax the nervous system and elevate your senses.
 
This sound journey will leave you feeling deeply nourished, uplifted and renewed.
 
Create your “nest”, dress comfortably bring water, yoga or comfy mat, blankets, pillow and whatever you need to relax  and recline comfortably for about 90 mins. Chairs also provided.
 
The effects of sound healing can be profoundly beneficial, tuning the nervous system, balancing the brain and restoring feelings of deep peace, rejuvenation and wellness to the body, calmness to the mind and inspiration to the spirit.
