Our 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held June 27, 2019, in the Dogwood Room at Echo Centre (4255 Wallace St, Port Alberni, BC, V9Y 3Y6).

Doors open at 6pm, meeting starts at 6:30pm.

Members in good standing may vote at the annual general meeting as applicable.

Please note, per our bylaws:
A person joining the society, or a former member who again joins the society, shall not be entitled to vote at any meeting of the society which is held within one month of the date the required contribution is paid.
