Join NIC on Monday, March 6 in Port Alberni for a guided workshop and poetry reading from the City of Surrey's Poet Lareate, Renee Sarojini Saklikar. 

Renée won the Canadian Authors Association Award for Poetry in 2014. Her book, Children of Air India: un/authorized exhibits and interjections, examines the Air India bombing and its impact on people.
