The Port Alberni Port Authority (PAPA) and its partner, Canadian Maritime Engineering(CME), along with the other members of a collaborative community project committee are actively seeking funding for a new floating dry dock marine infrastructure facility to be located in Port Alberni, BC.

In order to further build the case towards a favourable government funding contribution to the construction of the floating drydock the project Committee seeks to demonstrate the economic impact and benefits that would be achieved by investing in this infrastructure in Port Alberni.
