The Port Alberni Port Authority (PAPA), in partnership with the City of Port Alberni, the Province of British Columbia and Island Coastal Economic Trust, is currently renovating a dormant fish processing building to establish a new food hub in the Port Alberni area. PAPA would like to invite proposals from qualified parties to enter into an agreement for the creation of a name, logo design, branding and marketing plan for the new food hub project.
