PAPA has reached an interim operations licence with Port Alberni Marine Fuels and Services (owned and operated by Doug & Sandi Smith) that will enable them to do business from the new fuel dock at Tyee Pier beside Fishermen's Harbour this Salmon Festival Labour Day long weekend. This interim agreement is effective today through Tuesday.
