NIC Robotics Camps Now Open For Enrolment

Ready? Set? Build!

North Island College's Centre for Applied Research, Technology and Innovation (CARTI) is hosting a number of LEGO Robotics Camps across the North Island this summer. The cost is $165 for the week (Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm) except for Ucluelet where the camp will be $132 and Tuesday to Friday, due to the holiday. Camps are for ages nine to 12. Several seats are available at a reduced rate for low income families.

Up to 200 students throughout the north island will learn science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) skills through the opportunity to build, program and control Lego robots in a fun, hands-on environment. Participants will gain basic digital literacy skills including LEGO robotics, and be able to continue their learning all year long via the online robot lab.
