The Port Alberni Port Authority (PAPA) has received the Final Report of a new economic impact study of port-related activities from Vancouver-based Operations Economic Inc. “This report measures how the port has grown, changed and increased its impact within the community and region since the last study was completed in 2012” said Dave McCormick, Director of Public Relations & Business Development. The results of this 2016 Study will be shared with all stakeholders, partners and the community to demonstrate the value of the port’s existing throughout our region.
