Celebrate Saint David’s Day (1st March) – The National Day of Wales.

Llaregub Productions (local theatre enthusiasts) presents a staged reading of Dylan Thomas’s play Under Milk Wood. To get the cast and the audience in the right mood, Allyn Davies will sing some traditional Welsh Songs. The play covers a day in the life of the small fictional Welsh village of Llaregub. A baker’s dozen of actors will acquaint you with the comic, sad and very Welsh lives and dreams of the local characters.  Admission by Donation.  All proceeds in excess of costs will be donated to Literacy Alberni.
