Led Zeppelin's impact on popular music is undeniable.  Their music has become a staple of rock radio and bar band sets.  Some say their name helped spawn the term "Heavy Metal".  The hard rocking, riff heavy sound that most people associate with Led Zeppelin is only one side of a band that blended blues, folk and rock into something uniquely Zeppelin.  Geoff Johnson is out to introduce (or reintroduce) listeners to the more acoustic portion of the band's catalog.  Taking some of the heavier bits out and putting Geoff's own elements into the music leaves you with.  Gef Zeppelin Multi­instrumentalist and vocalist Geoff Johnson has been playing in working bands for nearly 2 decades.  He's shared stages with April Wine, John Mayall's Band and more.  A songwriter, recording engineer and producer he works in music full­time, from his home and recording studio in Tofino, BC.  After years in rock bands playing the heavier side of Led Zeppelin he decided to explore the depth of their acoustic material.  http://www.reverbnation.com/GefZeppelin
